Distillation takes place in small copper stills to enhance the refinement and fullness of the aromas.
The grappa is briefly aged in oak casks where it develops an inviting caramel colour and a rich bouquet of mature fruit.
The taste is full, persistent, smooth and generous, completely devoid of aggressive alcohol.
