The Santedame Estate is located in the production area of Chianti Classico, just a few kilometres from Castellina in Chianti.  

Santedame guards many treasures: A 15th century fresco, displayed in a small chapel in the middle of the estate forests, and the "romitorio," a 12th century pilgrim hermitage    

The location of Santedame is quite unique, surrounded by woods and vineyard covered hills, where history is created by nature and culture, sacred and profane.
